In the background you'll notice the historical buildings of Old San Juan, these buildings are representative of Benitos heritage. He is quite literally breaking through the glass ceiling, marking his ever growing achievements. His silhouette is shadowing the red foreground building, similar to the red carpet where has won so many awards. The infamous outfit he wore, complete with sunflower, where he accepted his first Grammy. There are many Easter eggs hidden away in this piece that will keep any avid fan a reason to keep looking. This was hand illustrated by yours truly, a London based artist who paints musicians and people that inspire me.
